Our Standard Support option is included in both our Professional and Enterprise
editions. Standard allows you to open five support issues per month. Our
support staff is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Eastern Time to answer your questions.
Gold Level Support
Gold Level Support ensures your organization can access an unlimited number of
support issues. Gold Level support is available for an additional $300 per
month.
